Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced adjustments in its international schedule, particularly affecting PIA Paris flights. The national carrier will officially suspend its Lahore-to-Paris route, a move confirmed by aviation sources.
As per details, the final Paris-to-Lahore service will operate on September 12, while the last Lahore-to-Paris flight is scheduled for September 17. Despite this suspension, PIA has clarified that its Islamabad-to-Paris operations will continue without disruption, ensuring connectivity for travelers between the two capitals.
PIA had initially introduced twice-weekly Lahore-Paris flights on June 18. However, due to operational challenges, including the grounding of seven out of its 12 Boeing 777 aircraft, the airline has been compelled to scale back services.
