Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Minister for Agriculture Maj (Retd) Muhammad Sajjad Barakwal on Monday visited Union Council Latambar in district Karak, where he unveiled a series of development projects to upgrade infrastructure, public services, and local trade opportunities.

During his visit, the minister announced the construction of PCC streets worth Rs. 100 million in Latambar, along with a new 4km Shobli Banda–Latamber Road, Akarwala Road, a 2km Tor Adam Banda–Zarif Khel Road, and a 2km Arl Adam Kalla Road.

In addition, Latambar will see a beautification plan, a new commercial project in consultation with traders, and the installation of streetlights to improve safety and convenience.

He said these schemes would mark a “new era of progress” for Latambar and surrounding areas. Better roads and modern facilities, he noted, will not only ease local travel but also support small businesses and trade.
