The Vivo X300 series is officially gearing up for an October 2025 release, following the footsteps of last year’s X200 lineup that arrived in the same month. Fresh leaks from Chinese tipster Smart Pikachu on Weibo suggest that the upcoming flagship family will debut right after the National Day holidays, carrying next-gen hardware and ZEISS-powered cameras.
This year’s lineup kicks off with two main models – Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. Both handsets are expected to break cover in the second week of October, once the mid-autumn festivities conclude in China. After the domestic launch, the smartphones will gradually roll out to international markets in the following weeks.

According to the leak, the Vivo X300 series will be powered by MediaTek’s unreleased Dimensity 9500 chipset paired with ZEISS T* lens coating for enhanced camera performance. While MediaTek hasn’t shared official specifications yet, early reports claim the processor could feature an all-big-core structure and possibly surpass the 4GHz mark. The chip is also said to house an upgraded Immortalis-Drage GPU, promising superior ray-tracing graphics.
Camera lovers can once again expect a strong collaboration between Vivo and ZEISS, ensuring professional-grade image output. Alongside the phones, Vivo is rumored to unveil new wearables, headphones, and IoT products during the same launch event, making it a major tech showcase.
Further details suggest that the standard Vivo X300 might arrive as a compact flagship with a 6.3-inch display, similar in size to last year’s X200 Mini. Meanwhile, the X300 Pro will keep a larger panel for users who prefer a standard-sized device.
