International students aiming to study in Sweden have an excellent opportunity to apply for the Swedish Institute (SI) Scholarships for Global Professionals at Stockholm University. These prestigious scholarships for the 2025–26 academic year cover full or partial tuition fees and may include living expenses, offering crucial financial support to qualified applicants.

To apply, students must first submit their application to a qualifying Master’s program via the University Admissions portal between October 2025 and January 2026. Only applicants who meet admission requirements and apply to eligible programs will be considered for the SI Scholarship, which opens in February 2026 for approximately two weeks.

Eligibility:

  • Citizens of eligible countries listed by the Swedish Institute (typically non-EU/EEA countries).
  • Applicants must have at least 3,000 hours of work experience (voluntary work may also count).
