The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced that its call center services will be temporarily suspended overnight in Islamabad and Rawalpindi due to technical difficulties. The affected services include the helpline numbers 051‑111‑786‑100 and 1777, which will be unavailable from 12:00 AM tonight until 8:00 AM tomorrow.
Affected citizens are advised to stay informed through NADRA’s official website and social media platforms for further updates. The authority has apologized for the inconvenience and assured that normal services will resume from 8:00 AM.

NADRA, established in 2000, is responsible for registering citizens and issuing national identity cards (CNICs). The organization introduced this computerized identification system as a modern approach to harmonizing citizen data. By 2012, approximately 89.5 million individuals had been issued CNICs.
