The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, has announced that applications are now open for Batch 58 of the International Research Support Initiative Program (IRSIP). This program offers full-time PhD scholars from Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) a unique opportunity to undertake a six-month fully funded research fellowship at top-ranked international institutions.
