Eligibility and Qualifications
The airline has specified that applicants must hold a graduate degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on marketing. At least one year of relevant work experience will be considered an advantage. Key Job Responsibilities
According to AirSial, selected MTOs will:
- Assist commercial managers in daily operations and strategic planning.

- Support data-driven performance evaluations and prepare analytical reports.
