The Pakistan Army has established a dedicated flood relief donation account to assist victims of the devastating floods that have displaced millions across Punjab and other regions.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), donations can be made to the “Army Relief for Flood Affectees” account at Askari Bank, GHQ Branch. The account details are as follows:

Account Name: Army Relief for Flood Affectees
Bank: Askari Bank, GHQ Branch
Account No: 00280100620583

The initiative was launched with the federal government’s approval to ensure transparency and direct public participation in relief efforts.

Army relief and rescue teams are actively engaged in flood-hit districts, including Jhang, Chiniot, Sialkot, and Gujranwala, where they have set up temporary shelters and relief camps. Food, medical aid, and clean drinking water are being distributed to displaced families in coordination with local authorities.

Floods triggered by record monsoon rains and water releases from across the border have inundated more than 3,900 villages in Punjab, displacing an estimated 1.8 million people. Muzaffargarh and Multan are among the worst-hit districts, where thousands remain stranded.
