In response to the recent flooding in Pakistan, the United States has announced humanitarian assistance through U.S.

Army Central Command (US ARCENT).According to ISPR, a total of six relief flights will deliver supplies, including tents, de-watering pumps, and generators. The first flight arrived in Islamabad today, where it was received by the U.S. Chargé d’Affaires and the Commander of US ARCENT.

The aid was formally handed over to the Pakistan Army, which will distribute it to affected communities through military relief camps.The statement added that the government and people of Pakistan are grateful to the U.S. government and military for standing by them in this difficult time.
