Islamabad, Feb 26: Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan is scheduled to arrive in Islamabad on February 27 for a crucial one-day visit. The visit is expected to strengthen bilateral ties between the UAE and Pakistan, focusing on economic collaboration and strategic partnerships.
During his stay in the federal capital, the Crown Prince will meet with Pakistan’s top leadership, including President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir. High-level discussions will cover mutual interests, trade expansion, and investment opportunities, with several key Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) expected to be signed.
A special ceremony will be held at the Presidential Palace, where President Asif Ali Zardari will bestow a prestigious medal upon the visiting dignitary in recognition of his contributions to strengthening UAE-Pakistan relations. The event will be attended by senior government officials and military leadership, further underlining the significance of the visit.
