Islamabad, June 28, 2025: An AirSial flight took off for the sacred city of Madinah from New Islamabad International Airport on Saturday, leaving behind 60 travelers.

As per news sources, AirSial flight PF-7730 departed for Madinah, leaving 60 individuals behind, including women and children.

The affected passengers, who had arrived at the airport from distant regions, had to buy tickets from a different airline to reach their destination.

Upon inquiry, AirSial’s local representatives stated that only those intending to perform Umrah were permitted to board the flight to Madinah. Individuals staying with their families or holding a work permit were not eligible for this flight, they added.

They also mentioned that passengers had already been informed about the criteria and required arrival time at the airport.

The left-behind travelers staged a protest against the carelessness and poor handling by the airline’s personnel.
