Islamabad, 14 May, 2025: Alex Hales has rejoined Islamabad United for the remaining matches of Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10, as confirmed by the franchise.
The tournament is set to resume on May 17 after a break, with Hales reuniting with the team as they aim for another title.
Islamabad United made the announcement through their official social media channels, welcoming the 35-year-old batter back into the squad.

Hales, who has been a consistent performer for United in past seasons, shared his enthusiasm about returning.
He described the team as close to his heart, highlighting the strong connection he has built with the fans and the franchise since first joining the side.
In a statement, the English batter said that he had been eagerly waiting to rejoin the squad since signing with the franchise in April.
He acknowledged that the shift in PSL dates required some changes in his schedule but expressed his excitement about being part of the team once again.

Hales added that he was keen to make an impact and help Islamabad United chase another championship.
Islamabad United, three-time PSL champions, currently sit third in the standings with 10 points from nine games.
They are set to face Karachi Kings in their final group-stage match on May 19 in Rawalpindi. A win in that game would secure their place in the playoffs.
