A well-known TikToker, Sumeera Rajput, from Ghotki district, Sindh, was found dead at her residence in the Bago Wah neighbourhood.
Known for her substantial TikTok following, her sudden death raised serious concerns among her fans and the local community.

Authorities have taken two people into custody as part of the ongoing investigation, following statement from Sumeera Rajput’s teenage daughter.
The Tiktoker’s daughter alleged that her mother was deliberately poisoned amid pressures related to forced marriage.
Although formal charges have yet to be file, police is actively investigation all possibilities to determine the cause.
Preliminary medical examination has not disclosed any evidence of physical trauma. However, further forensic tests are underway.
Police indicated that multiple angles were being pursued to assess whether criminal intent was involved. Sumeera Rajput’s former husband, Ali Raza, was also questioned by the law enforcement as part of the investigation.

The case has led to concerns over the safety of women content creators within the country’s digital sphere, particularly given the recent shooting of TikToker Sana Yousaf in Islamabad.
