Islamabad, Aug 5, 2025: The Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max is expected to hit the global market as the upgraded version of the iPhone 16 lineup. This year iPhone 17 family may include the base iPhone 17, the slim and lightweight iPhone 17 Air, the iPhone 17 Pro and the flagship iPhone 17 Pro Max.
Although official announcements are still awaited, early leaks have disclosed important information about the iPhone 17 Pro Max design, features, color choices, potential release schedule and estimated pricing.
As per reports, Apple might bring a fresh look to its premium variant this time. A recent update from reliable source unveiled the color variants and appearance of the upcoming model. These details offer a glimpse into what users can expect.
Anticipated Launch Date
The Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max is likely to be introduced in September along with the rest of the series. While Apple hasn’t officially confirmed the date, ongoing speculation suggests a possible launch on either September 8 or 9. The devices may go on sale publicly starting September 19.
Design and Color Options
According to the leaked images shared online, the smartphone might come in five elegant shades which are Black, White, Gray, Dark Blue and Orange. The exact marketing names for these colors are yet to be revealed.
On the design front, the iPhone 17 Pro Max could showcase a larger rectangular camera bump with the typical triangular lens alignment. The flash and LiDAR sensor appear to be placed on the right side of the module. Additionally, the Apple logo might be positioned slightly lower than usual.

It could also be powered by Apple latest A19 Pro processor. To support advanced features and improved performance, at least 12GB of RAM is expected. A larger 5,000mAh battery may also be included to extend usage time significantly.
Camera-wise, users may find a triple-lens setup on the back with 48MP main, 48MP telephoto and 48MP ultrawide cameras. On the front, a 24MP lens might be featured for crisp selfies and video calls.
