ISLAMABAD July26: The All-Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) has sought a forensic audit of the independent power producers (IPPs) and a review of the agreements between the IPPs.
According to APTMA Chairman Asif Inam, exporting has become challenging due to the high cost of power. He answered, “We have indicated the course of action.”
He insisted that a forensic audit of the independent power producers (IPPs) be started by the government. In addition, he called for a quick review of the agreements with the IPPs.
