Islamabad, June 18, 2025: Arshad Nadeem, Pakistan’s star javelin thrower and the first-ever Olympic gold medallist in an individual event, has earned a spot on the Forbes 30 Under 30 South Asia list for 2025.

The annual Forbes list celebrates young leaders, innovators, and change agents across South Asia. Nadeem was selected in the Entertainment & Sports category for his outstanding athletic achievements along with his cultural influence.

At 28, Nadeem gain global fame after winning gold at the Paris Olympics—a landmark victory that ended Pakistan’s decades-long Olympic gold drought.
