The listing follows a Scheme of Arrangement through which Engro Holdings Limited (ENGROH), formerly Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited, has been demerged into two separate entities. Under this arrangement, all assets, liabilities, and obligations except its investment in Engro Corporation Limited (ENGRO) have been transferred to DHPL.
