The announcement states that the National Cyber Crimes and Investigation Agency’s authority has been transferred to the FIA Cyber Crime Wing and that the laws governing it have been repealed. In order to implement the authority granted to it by section 219 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), FBR has released the draft of a further amendment to the Baggage Rules, 2006.
