ISLAMABAD, AUGUST 10:  On Saturday, the provincial administration of Baluchistan declared an emergency in four of the province’s rain-affected districts. The monsoon downpour in the region has killed 11 people, including three children. As to the findings of a study released by the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), eleven individuals, including three children, lost their lives in rain-related events around the province.
