Islamabad, Sep 2: On Monday, Abdul Aleem Khan, the Federal Minister for Privatization, Board of Investment, and Communications, and Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Pakistan, Khazar Farhadov, met to address matters pertaining to mutual collaboration.
According to a news statement, the meeting discussed the business forum that is being conducted in Baku, Azerbaijan, this month. Abdul Aleem Khan praised the September 16 business forum’s organization for fostering commercial activity between Pakistan and Azerbaijan, which will open up additional doors for both nations to invest in a range of industries and advance cooperative projects.
He stated that investments in IT, health, agriculture, manpower, and food security might be made by Pakistan and Azerbaijan. According to the minister, we must put the goal of mutual investment and collaboration into action if we are to see considerable growth in the area, which Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Pakistan can all contribute to. According to Abdul Aleem Khan, the Pakistan Business Forum’s platform will present Pakistan and other Central Asian nations with new opportunities for growth and prosperity.
Following the meeting with the Azerbaijani ambassador, it was determined that Pakistan’s delegation to the Business Forum will be led by Federal Ministers Abdul Aleem Khan and Jam Kamal Khan, who will travel to Baku on September 16.
The participation of Federal Minister of Investment Board Abdul Aleem Khan in the Business Forum was welcomed by Azerbaijan’s ambassador, Khazar Farhadov. He stated that Azerbaijan can invest in areas such as LNG gas, urea, electrical, and other areas where Pakistan will be assisted by Azerbaijan’s private sector. Abdul Aleem Khan pledged the ambassador his utmost assistance. He reaffirmed his commitment to deepening this partnership, which will eventually be advantageous to both Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
