Islamabad, June 16, 2025: In Bayern vs Auckland City match, Auckland City FC entered the FIFA Club World Cup clash in Cincinnati as underdogs against European giants Bayern Munich, and the result was as one-sided as expected—ending in a crushing 10-0 defeat.

Goalkeeper Conor Tracey gave Auckland brief hope early on with a superb stop in the 5th minute to deny Kingsley Coman. But from the resulting corner, Coman struck to give the German champions the lead and ignite an onslaught.

Bayern manager Vincent Kompany didn’t hold back, starting a full-strength lineup featuring Harry Kane and club icon Thomas Müller, who is playing his last tournament for the Bavarian outfit.
