Islamabad, Sep 7: Due to complaints and involvement in fraud cases involving innocent persons, the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment (BEOE), an associated department of the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (OP&HD), blacklisted about 40 technical trade centers nationwide.
