Islamabad, Aug 23: A company in the E-com sector is considering selling its E-commerce business to Blue-Ex (PSX: GEMBLUEX).
“Blue-Ex (“the Company”) consider to buy business of domestic e-commerce firm that one of the e-commerce sector companies is offering for sale.
In its meeting on August 30, 2024, the Board of Directors will discuss it, according to the stock filing on Friday.
The company’s main functions include freight forwarding, local and international courier services, and related activities.
With more than 9,300 shares, Blue-Ex Limited’s scrip at the GEM board closed at Rs. 64.99 on Friday, up 8.59 percent or Rs. 5.14.
