According to the updated IRCC guidelines, individuals can now apply for a Canada Visitor Visa under the following new categories:

- Supporting Family Members During Medical Treatment: Immediate family members of patients undergoing critical care in Canada can now accompany them with a visitor visa, ensuring emotional and logistical support during difficult times.

How This Impacts Applicants
Applicants must still meet standard eligibility requirements, including proof of funds, intent to return, and valid travel documents.
