A case has been registered against a vegetable vendor for violating the Loudspeaker Act, on the complaint of the police.
According to a report, the Loudspeaker Act has been enforced against a vegetable seller in Rawalpindi. The individual was selling vegetables using a loudspeaker, prompting police action under the Sound System Act.
The case was filed at the Chakri Police Station on the complaint of Sub-Inspector Waqar. According to the FIR, police officials were on patrol when they noticed a Suzuki vehicle approaching from the direction of Chontra village, from which a man was selling vegetables.

The FIR states that the vendor had installed a loudspeaker on his vehicle and was calling out prices through the speaker, with the sound audible over a long distance. The vendor, identified as Saddam, was found to be in violation of the Sound System and Loudspeaker Act.
