Islamabad, Mar 16 2025: The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) has given the green light to a pre-merger application for the formation of a joint venture between the National Logistics Corporation (NLC) and DP World Logistics FZE (DWLF).
This collaboration, backed by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), is designed to strengthen Pakistan’s logistics and freight sector while maintaining fair market competition.
As per the approved deal, NLC will acquire a 60% equity share in the joint venture, while DP World Logistics FZE (DWLF) will hold the remaining 40%.
The primary objective of this partnership is to boost Pakistan’s road freight logistics sector by combining NLC’s local industry expertise with DP World’s extensive global supply chain network.
