The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced new jobs for its nursery and greenhouse projects on a contract basis. According to the official notice, applications are invited from qualified candidates in horticulture, forestry, agriculture, botany and related fields.
Job Fields
The announced CDA jobs include positions such as Senior Manager Nursery, Manager Nursery, Assistant Managers for Greenhouse, Floriculture, Marketing, Tree Nursery, and Architecture. Other vacancies are also open for AutoCAD Operators, Supervisors, Drivers, Excavator Operators, Tree Transplanters, and Helpers. In total, 35 jobs have been advertised.
Job Requirements
- For senior posts, candidates must hold a Masters degree in horticulture, forestry or related sciences, along with up to 12 years of experience.
- For assistant-level posts, a bachelor’s degree with three years of experience is required.
- Support staff roles demand middle to matric qualifications and valid driving licenses.

Interested applicants can apply online through the CDA job portal. The last date for submission of applications is October 9, 2025. No hand-delivered or incomplete forms will be accepted.
The CDA clarified that all posts are being offered on a project pay scale (PPS) and will not grant permanent status. However, these jobs are expected to create significant opportunities for professionals and skilled workers in Islamabad.
