Scheduled to take place from February 25 to 28, 2025, the auction will begin daily at 10:00 AM. - Rebates for Dollar Payments: A 5% discount is offered for payments made in U.S. dollars, presenting a favorable opportunity for foreign investors.
- Early Payment Discount: Investors who settle the full amount within one month will receive a generous 10% rebate.
- Streamlined Approval Process: Building plans can be approved once 25% of the payment is made, offering faster project execution.
- No Extra Fees During Construction: The CDA will waive site and marketing office charges during the construction phase, easing the financial burden on investors.
- Extended Payment Plan: The remaining 75% of the payment can be made over two years in six equal installments, offering flexibility.
- Plot Possession: Investors can take possession of their plot after settling 75% of the premium, with a valid bank guarantee for the remaining amount.
