Islamabad, JULY24: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is developing the Property Management System (PMS), which will digitize over 85,000 property files. The details were given to CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa at a meeting to go over the organization’s plans to improve citizen services via digitization.
According to specifics, Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa gave the go-ahead to expedite this digitization project on Tuesday. Mobile phone users will be able to access more than 130 municipal services through the CDA’s Case Management System, which is currently in development. These services include property tax, digital birth and death certificates, and other necessary operations.
The CDA is also engaged in a digital parking scheme. The hardware required for this project is anticipated to arrive in Pakistan by the end of the month, and the software is finished. Reputable third party will be engaged to guarantee the integrity of digital parking income collecting. The money raised by this will go toward building, maintaining, and renovating parking facilities, which will raise the standard of service provided around the capital.
