With two tournament centuries under his belt, Kamran Ghulam has undoubtedly made a lasting impression on the selection committee for the Pakistan national squad. Even with his outstanding results, Kamran Ghulam is still not selected for the national team. In a Faisalabad media interview, he expressed his belief that his steady play will eventually secure him a place in the national team. Kamran Ghulam said, “My job is to perform; I’ve been delivering for three years.”
The youthful batter is committed to maintaining his concentration on his game, especially as the competition moves closer to the postseason. He emphasized that the Champions One-Day Cup is a great venue for exhibiting new potential and reaffirmed his commitment to playing at the top level. “The team environment is great, and I’m not taking any extra pressure during the playoffs,” he said.
Apart from his skill at batting, Kamran Ghulam emphasized the importance of physical fitness in contemporary cricket. “You can’t play in all three formats if you’re not in shape. Only healthy players are able to perform consistently, he said. In addition, he commended the Faisalabad pitch for providing a fair match between bat and ball, which added to the competition’s edge.
