Islamabad, Dec 2: The Chinese Government has announced the Scholarship Program 2025-26 for Pakistani and AJK students to pursue undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies in Chinese universities. The deadline to submit online applications is Monday, December 9, 2024, at 4:00 PM (PST).
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Must be Pakistani or AJK national; dual nationals are ineligible.
- Health: Must be in good health.
- Education Requirements:
- Undergraduate: Intermediate/A-level (12 years of education), under 25 years.
- Master’s: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education), under 35 years.
- PhD: Master’s degree (MS/MPhil), under 40 years.
- Test Scores: Minimum 50/100 in HAT (valid after Dec 9, 2022) or USAT (valid after Dec 9, 2023).
- Must meet academic and language requirements of applied universities.

- Apply on the HEC portal: scholarship.hec.gov.pk under “Learning Opportunities Abroad.”
- Register and complete your profile.
- Print and sign the application after submission.
- Apply on the China Scholarship Council (CSC) portal under category A (agency number 5861): campuschina.org.
