Islamabad, Nov 18: Salaal Hasan, a climate scientist, accused the majority of enterprises of utilizing volatile organic compounds, which are harmful substances, to produce smog on Monday.
Speaking to the media, he claimed that the ozone layer at the earth’s surface was created by sunlight reacting with volatile organic molecules, primarily chlorine, hydrogen, and sulfur, which were formed from various sources. “An air quality index of 80 to 100 is regarded as a health hazard.” Hasan went on.
Additionally, he claimed that these chemicals have a direct impact on the lungs’ tissues, which can be extremely dangerous, particularly for pregnant women and newborns, and can cause death or lifelong damage. He demanded that the amount of gasses released into the atmosphere be strictly regulated.
