Islamabad, Sep 11: The Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program balloting process was started in every district. By starting the voting process, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif officially introduced the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program. The Chief Minister convened with provincial ministers, assembly members, ticket holders, and local dignitaries and pressed a button to begin the voting process. 185 candidates for the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program were declared successful by the voting procedure in DG Khan.
Following the voting procedure, Abdul Latif was proclaimed the first citizen, followed by Muhammad Azam in second place, Madiha Qadir in third place, and Abdul Sattar in fourth place as the fourth fortunate citizen to be proclaimed the victor of the DG Khan balloting operation. For the DG Khan Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program, 1778 people applied.
The winners will get their first loan installment on September 15th. Congratulations to everybody who made it through the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program, CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif said. “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program will prove to be one of the biggest programs in Pakistan’s history,” declared the Chief Minister. Our goal is to reach the target of giving a house to one lakh people annually.
There is no bias involved in the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program; applicants will only be awarded loans based on their qualifications.The loan’s monthly payment cannot be more than the rent. A borrower who gets a loan of Rs. 15 lakh will have to pay Rs. 14,000 in monthly installments.
The full amount must be paid within seven years. CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that, the loan is available to plot owners of five marlas in urban areas and ten marlas in rural areas. In attendance were the provincial ministers for information and culture, Azma Zahid Bokhari, Sher Ali Gorchani, Rana Sikandar Hayat, special assistant Zeeshan Malik, senior minister Marriyum Aurangzeb, chief secretary, home secretary, ACS (South), additional IG police (South) commissioner, deputy commissioner, and other relevant officers.
