Islamabad, Mar 09, 2025: South African all-rounder Corbin Bosch is considering leaving Peshawar Zalmi in the PSL to join Mumbai Indians in the IPL.
Bosch, who was drafted by Zalmi as a diamond-category player for PSL 2025, is set to replace the injured Lizaad Williams in the Mumbai squad.
The 30-year-old right-arm pacer’s decision is influenced by the PSL’s new April-May schedule, which overlaps with the IPL.
Bosch, previously a reserve player with Rajasthan Royals, earned recognition with MI Cape Town in the SA20, where his title-winning performance made him known to Mumbai management.
Bosch’s potential move strengthens Mumbai’s seam-bowling options alongside Hardik Pandya and Raj Bawa.
The decision leaves Peshawar Zalmi in a precarious position, as they will now need to reassess their squad strategy ahead of the upcoming PSL season.
The 10th edition of the PSL is set to begin on April 11, with defending champions Islamabad United facing Lahore Qalandars.
Meanwhile, the IPL 2025 will kick off on March 22 at Eden Gardens, with the final scheduled for May 25.
