Claiming a significant breakthrough, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Sindh, Pakistan, in collaboration with federal intelligence agencies, has dismantled an assassination network linked to India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) in the province on Saturday.

According to Additional Inspector General of CTD Sindh, Azad Khan, the network received financial and logistical support from RAW. Senior officials further revealed that the network was behind the targeted killing of a citizen in Matli, Badin, on May 18, 2025.

The investigation revealed that a RAW safe house was established in Karachi, where target killings and terrorist activities were planned with financial and logistical backing via a Gulf State.

RAW agent Sanjay Sanjeev Kumar alias Fauji, reportedly recruited two Pakistanis, Salman and Arsalan, who were working in the Gulf state, to act as local agents.
