United Arab Emirates witness Pakistan rising batter Hasan Nawaz announce his team as the countries best T20 team after winning straight through the opener of the tri-series. As a lead up to the Asia Cup that begins Sept. 9, the team has dismantled Afghanistan and UAE through individual powerhouse performances.

The team headed by experienced pacer Haris Rauf and captain Salman Ali Agha won by 39 in a match against Afghanistan and half-centuries by Saim Ayub and Hasan Nawaz won by 31 in a match against UAE. With a score of 69 to build on, Saim Ayub was chased by Hasan Nawaz, who scored 56 off 26 balls including six sixes. Hasan Ali later completed with 3-47 that UAE 77 on 35 balls had no effect on Asif Khan.

Pakistan is training to play the next T20 World Cup without some of its senior players, Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan, under the leadership of white-ball coach Mike Hesson. Hasan Nawaz complimented the efforts of the young team and its culture of equality, saying that everyone is equal and willing to play, even the seniors such as Hasan Ali.

The 23-year old went on to say that the mentality of the team is straightforward: think big and win. The team will take on Afghanistan in the third tri-series match on Thursday and the last on Sept. 7. The T20 team of Pakistan is being monitored as an exciting, marketable team with the buildup to major events.
