Islamabad, Sep 11: The Defence Housing Authority Lahore (DHAL) announced via their official Facebook handle the introduction of a special deal that would eliminate a 50% surcharge on past-due construction payments.
A special concession is offered to all property owners who pay their outstanding installments by September 30, 2024, in compliance with the specified terms. It is noteworthy that this waiver is limited to past-due development charges only, providing stakeholders with a beneficial chance to settle their outstanding payments under favorable circumstances.
