Islamabad, Oct 11: DHA Multan Warns Public against Unauthorized Property Dealers in Latest Notice. In a recent public notice, the Defense Housing Authority Multan (DHAM) warned investors and members against unauthorized property dealers posing as the housing authority.
The management has emphasized the significance of conducting transactions solely through authorized and registered dealers to promote transparency and prevent any issues in property negotiations, as reported on October 11 through their official Facebook handle.
The official DHA Multan website lists these registered dealers along with their contact information. This measure demonstrates DHA Multan’s continued dedication to upholding the integrity of real estate transactions and defending the rights of its esteemed residents.
DHA Multan has appealed to the public to always check the accreditation of property agents through their site and call center. The notice also said that since the agents are unauthorized, then DHA would not take responsibility for any conflict that may be witnessed within the transactions.
This action plan is one more step DHA Multan takes into systematically ensuring transparency and safeguarding the rights of natives and investors. The public has been encouraged to be well informed and careful especially when getting into any other property related transaction within the housing society.
