Famous YouTuber Ducky Bhai, whose real name is Saad ur Rehman, was presented before the Lahore District Court on Sunday in connection with a case involving the alleged promotion of gambling applications and fraud.
The court granted a two-day physical remand to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) and directed authorities to present him again on August 19. The Duty Judicial Magistrate further ordered the NCCIA to submit a complete investigation report at the next hearing.
The case, registered under FIR No. 196/2025, cites Sections 13, 14, 25, and 26 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), along with Sections 420 and 294-B of the Pakistan Penal Code.
According to the First Information Report (FIR), Saad ur Rehman is accused of promoting gambling content and advertising illegal gambling apps through his online platforms.

Investigators said they had recovered significant evidence from his mobile phone, which is now being examined.
Renowned lawyer Zain Ali Qureshi represented Ducky Bhai in court, while NCCIA officials confirmed that further investigations are underway and that more revelations could emerge in the coming days.
Earlier this week, Ducky Bhai was reportedly arrested at Lahore airport upon his return to Pakistan.
