The world’s leading international airline, has contributed essential learning materials and unique handcrafted backpacks from its ‘Aircrafted by Emirates’ collection to a non-profit organization in Pakistan.
Pakistan has been making significant strides in education, improving infrastructure and resources to provide equal learning opportunities nationwide.
To aid in this effort, Emirates donated 107 backpacks filled with stationery, books, and hygiene essentials to students at SOS Children’s Villages.

This organization was carefully chosen for its commitment to providing a nurturing environment for underprivileged children, ensuring they receive a quality education and a stable foundation for the future.

Expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, emphasizing the airline’s dedication to advancing UN Sustainable Development Goal No. 4 ensuring quality education for all children.
Emirates Support to Education with 17 branches across Pakistan, SOS Children’s Villages plays a vital role in supporting orphans and abandoned children by offering them a safe home and access to education.
“We are delighted to partner with SOS Villages in their mission to educate and empower children. By donating Aircrafted KIDS bags made from recycled materials, along with learning and hygiene essentials.
We aim to equip children with the confidence and tools needed for their educational journey. This initiative also promotes sustainability by repurposing materials from our iconic A380 and B777 aircraft,” said Alhashmi.
Saba Faisal, National Director of SOS Children’s Villages Pakistan, expressed gratitude for Emirates’ contribution, stating, “We appreciate Emirates’ support in enhancing to the education of our children.
Who come from vulnerable backgrounds yet have great potential. This gesture has positively impacted their lives, and we are thankful for such meaningful collaborations.”
To ensure every student received suitable supplies, SOS Children’s Villages handpicked the required bags from the ‘Aircrafted KIDS by Emirates’ collection.
Alongside the bags, Emirates also provided essential school supplies, including stationery, hygiene kits, and culturally enriching books to support interactive learning among students.
This initiative underscores Emirates’ commitment to sustainability, education, and community development, reinforcing its role in fostering a brighter future for Pakistan’s youth.
