“It simply felt like the right time to bring his arc full circle,” Minear shared in an interview. He explained that Bobby’s story was always centered around redemption, resilience, and ultimate sacrifice.
Krause was informed weeks before the rest of the cast, and though the decision was emotionally challenging, it was made to give Bobby’s character a meaningful closure.
