Islamabad, July 17, 2025: Engro Fertilizers Limited has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, to consider the financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, and the declaration of any entitlement, if applicable.

The Closed Period will be observed from July 18 to July 29, 2025 (both days inclusive), during which no Director, CEO, or Executive shall trade in the Company’s shares.
