Islamabad, 5 June 2025: Engro Fertilizers Limited has announced a temporary suspension of operations at its EnVen manufacturing plant due to unscheduled maintenance requirements, according to a formal communication submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The company disclosed that the maintenance-related shutdown is expected to last approximately four days. During this time, essential repair and inspection activities will be conducted to ensure operational reliability and safety.

In its statement, the company confirmed that the EnVen facility one of its primary production units would return to its usual operating capacity once the maintenance process is completed.

“Necessary technical interventions are underway, and the plant is anticipated to resume operations promptly after these corrective measures,” the company noted in its filing.

Engro Fertilizers emphasized that the Base Plant will remain operational at standard load throughout the maintenance period of the EnVen unit.

The communication was made in compliance with regulatory requirements under Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book.

The company requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange to disseminate the information to relevant stakeholders and market participants.

The disclosure was signed by Danisia Raza, Company Secretary, and copies were also forwarded to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for formal record.
