Islamabad, 15 April 2025: Karachi Kings are gearing up to welcome Kane Williamson who is expected to join the squad later this month for PSL Season 10.
Sources close to the Karachi Kings revealed that the former New Zealand skipper is likely to arrive in Pakistan by April 23 or 24.
However, he remains unavailable for the initial phase of the tournament due to his commentary commitments in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
As a result, he has already missed the opening game and is set to sit out four more fixtures.

To address his absence, the Kings have brought in Saad Baig as a partial replacement. Baig linked up with the team during their opening clash against Multan Sultans.
Led by new captain David Warner, Karachi Kings began their campaign with an emphatic victory, chasing down a daunting target of 235 runs in Karachi.
The win was largely built on a breathtaking 142-run stand between James Vince and Khushdil Shah.
Vince smashed a rapid 101 off 43 deliveries, laced with 14 boundaries and four sixes. Khushdil played a vital supporting role, contributing 60 runs from 38 balls.

Despite both falling within three deliveries of each other and the team wobbling at 222 for 6 in the 19th over, Muhammad Irfan Khan and Abbas Afridi held firm.
The pair added the remaining runs and sealed the win with just four balls left.
Earlier in the evening, Multan Sultans had piled on 234 for 3, powered by a brilliant century from Mohammad Rizwan.
The wicketkeeper-batter remained unbeaten on 105 from 63 balls, while Michael Bracewell chipped in with an explosive 44* off 17, helping the Sultans add 89 runs.
Karachi Kings are next set to face Lahore Qalandars, the two-time champions, in what promises to be another exciting contest on Tuesday.
