Commuters with M-Tags can now enjoy seamless toll plaza crossings without the need to stop, reducing congestion and wait times. Thanks to a new partnership, travelers can top up their M-Tag accounts through the Zindigi app. One Network, which manages the M-Tag infrastructure for the Frontier Works Organization (FWO), has integrated its services with Zindigi, the digital banking arm of JS Bank, ensuring no extra charges for these top-ups.
This collaboration enhances the M-Tag travel experience by allowing users to recharge their accounts via the Zindigi app, supplementing the existing One Network Mobile App and other digital wallets. The agreement was celebrated with a signing ceremony attended by key executives from both organizations, who emphasized their commitment to secure and reliable transactions.
Atif Ishaque, Chief Business Officer at Zindigi, stated, “Our initiative aims to improve customer experience by providing seamless M-Tag top-ups. This partnership with One Network aligns perfectly with our vision, offering a convenient solution for toll payments.”
Ms. Fatima Anila, Chief of Business Strategy at One Network, added, “By integrating with Zindigi Mobile Wallet, we provide more top-up options for M-Tag customers, empowering them to use Express Lanes effortlessly.”
This collaboration highlights Zindigi’s dedication to transforming Pakistan’s digital landscape through strategic public-private partnerships, driving positive change with innovative solutions, and empowering individuals and businesses nationwide.
