Job Role
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships. Main tasks include:
- Handling client accounts and building long-term trust
- Giving personal financial advice based on customer needs
- Planning and managing each client’s account strategy
- Looking for new business chances
- Making reports on account progress and performance
- Keeping client records updated and correct
- Working closely with other departments to meet client goals
