Islamabad, July 16, 2025: The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has finally announced the Matric (Secondary School Certificate) Part I and II results — also known as Class 9 and 10 — today.
These results are for the first yearly exams conducted earlier this year, during March and April. The pass rate for SSC Part I was 62.18%, while SSC Part II saw a higher pass rate of 88.51%.
As per the shared results, Maryam Nadeem from Army Public School, Westridge, Rawalpindi, achieved the first position by scoring 1093 marks. Amna Nasir from Lahore Grammar School, Wah Cantt, secured the second position with 1087 marks. The third position was jointly taken by Saleha Saqib from Amala Foundation School and College, PIA Colony, Misrial Road, Rawalpindi, and Hania Iman Waheed from Army Public School, Attock, both scoring 1083 marks. In the Humanities Group, Sana Bibi from Shining Star School, People’s Colony, earned the top position with 1045 marks.

In SSC Part II, out of 137,689 students who appeared, 121,120 passed. Among them, 111,558 were regular students with a success rate of 93.26%, while 9,562 were private students with a pass rate of 55.51%.
In SSC Part I, 146,348 students took the exam, and 89,882 passed. The total passing percentage was 62.18%. Among regular students, 86,862 passed with a rate of 66.06%, while 3,020 private students passed with a success rate of 23.10%.
During the exams, 47 cheating cases were reported. All these cases were settled by following proper rules. The Federal Board has told students with pending results to contact the board office directly for help.

How Students Can Check FBISE Results:
To check their results, students can use following methods:
- SMS Inquiry Service: Students can also check their result by sending an SMS. Type: FB [space] Roll Number and send it to 5050. The result will be sent back through a reply SMS.
- SMS Alert: Students who gave their mobile numbers while submitting admission forms will get their result directly through SMS on their phones.
- Online Checking: Results will be uploaded to the FBISE website at www.fbise.edu.pk. Students can log in there to see their marks.
