More than 14,000 customers of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) received updated electricity bills for June.
Speaking here on Tuesday, FESCO spokesman Tahir Sheikh stated that while meter readers took readings in Badges Nos. 11 and 12 over the Eid holidays, customers were not happy with the results because they do not qualify as protected consumers.
As a result, FESCO Engineer Muhammad Amir, the CEO, brought up this matter with PITC, and the business handed them updated invoices. He claimed that although the updated electricity invoices were also available at the revenue officers’ office, they had been uploaded to the FESCO website.
He did, however, clarify that customers who had already paid their electricity bills prior to the release of the updated invoices will receive assistance in the form of an additional amount on their subsequent bills.
