Islamabad, Nov 5: FGEHA Announces Auction Date for Commercial Plots in Prime Developed Sectors. The date of the open auction for commercial plots in its developed sectors has been announced by the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA). The two-day open auction is scheduled for November 13 and 14, according a Facebook post on FGEHA’s official page on November 4:
Location: Gandhara Hall, Islamabad’s F-9 Park, Citizen Club
It is ten in the morning. Commercial plots in Sectors G-13 and G-14 will be up for auction in a number of places, including:
G-14 Markaz commercial plots of various sizes
Commercial plots in G-13 and G-14-2/3 Class-3 shopping centers
Mauve Area (Srinagar Highway) gas pump location in G-13
Plot of mixed usage next to G-13 Markaz
With a 10% lump sum payment discount and an extra 5% discount for payments made in US dollars through banking channels, the plots are offered on a two-year payment plan. After 25% of the total is paid, the building plan for projects on these plots will be approved.
