Flyadeal, Saudi Arabia’s leading low-cost airline, has launched direct operations to Pakistan with inaugural flights to Islamabad and Peshawar, bringing budget-friendly travel options to Pakistani and Saudi passengers.

At Bacha Khan International Airport in Peshawar, the first Riyadh–Peshawar flight was welcomed with a cake-cutting ceremony. The service will run once a week on Sundays.

A spokesperson for the Pakistan Airports Authority said the new services will significantly improve connectivity, provide affordable travel options, and strengthen people-to-people ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

The airline is targeting the growing Pakistani diaspora in Riyadh and travelers seeking affordability and convenience. Flyadeal’s one-way economy fares from Riyadh to both Islamabad and Peshawar start from just $53 — a strikingly low rate compared to other carriers, which can charge upwards of $300 for similar routes.
